Al-Ghaafir 40:2
غافرتَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْعَلِيمِ
اس کتاب کا نازل فرمانا[1] اس اللہ کی طرف سے ہے جو غالب اور دانا ہے.[2]
[1] یا تَنْزِيلٌ ، مُنَزَّلٌ، منزل کے معنی میں ہے، یعنی اللہ کی طرف سے نازل شدہ ہے جس میں جھوٹ نہیں۔
[2] جو غالب ہے، اس کی قوت اور غلبے کے سامنے کوئی پر نہیں مار سکتا۔ علیم ہے، اس سے کوئی ذرہ تک پوشیدہ نہیں چاہے وہ کتنے بھی کثیف پردوں میں چھپا ہو۔
