At-Taariq 86:11
الطارقوَٱلسَّمَآءِ ذَاتِ ٱلرَّجْعِ
بارش والے آسمان کی قسم![1]
[1] رَجْعٌ کے لغوی معنی ہیں، لوٹنا پلٹنا، بارش بھی بار بار اور پلٹ پلٹ کر ہوتی ہے، اس لئے بارش کو رَجْعٌ کے لفظ سے تعبیر کیا ہے۔ بعض کہتے ہیں کہ بادل، سمندروں سے ہی پانی لیتا ہے اور پھر زمین پر لوٹا دیتا ہے، اس لئے بارش کو رَجْعٌ کہا۔ بعض کہتے ہیں بطور تفاؤل عرب بارش کو رَجْعٌ کہتے تھے تاکہ وہ بار بار ہوتی رہے۔ ( فتح القدیر ) ۔
