Adh-Dhaariyat 51:19
الذارياتوَفِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ
اور ان کے مال میں مانگنے والوں کا اور سوال سے بچنے والوں کا حق تھا.[1]
[1] محروم سے مراد، وہ ضرورت مند ہے جو سوال سے اجتناب کرتا ہے۔ چنانچہ مستحق ہونے کے باوجود لوگ اسے نہیں دیتے۔ یا وہ شخص ہے جس کا سب کچھ، آفت ارضی وسماوی میں،تباہ ہو جائے۔
