Al-Ahzaab 33:70
الأحزابيَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَقُولُوا۟ قَوْلًا سَدِيدًا
اے ایمان والو! اللہ تعالیٰ سے ڈرو اور سیدھی سیدھی (سچی) باتیں کیا کرو.[1]
[1] یعنی ایسی بات جس میں کجی اور انحراف ہو، نہ دھوکہ اور فریب۔ بلکہ سچ اور حق ہو۔ سَدِيدٌ يَعْنِي تَسْدِيدُ السَّهْمِ سے ہے، یعنی جس طرح تیر کو سیدھا کیا جاتا ہے تاکہ ٹھیک نشانے پر لگے، اسی طرح تمہاری زبان سےنکلی ہوئی بات اور تمہارا کردار راستی پر مبنی ہو، حق وصداقت سے بال برابر انحراف نہ ہو۔
