Ash-Shu'araa 26:203
الشعراءفَيَقُولُوا۟ هَلْ نَحْنُ مُنظَرُونَ
اس وقت کہیں گے کہ کیا ہمیں کچھ مہلت دی جائے گی؟[1]
[1] لیکن مشاہدۂ عذاب کے بعد مہلت نہیں دی جاتی، نہ اس وقت کی توبہ ہی مقبول ہے، «فَلَمْ يَكُ يَنْفَعُهُمْ إِيمَانُهُمْ لَمَّا رَأَوْا بَأْسَنَا» (المؤمن: 85)۔
