Al-Muminoon 23:46
المؤمنونإِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَإِي۟هِۦ فَٱسْتَكْبَرُوا۟ وَكَانُوا۟ قَوْمًا عَالِينَ
فرعون اور اس کے لشکروں کی طرف، پس انہوں نے تکبر کیا اور تھے ہی وه سرکش لوگ.[1]
[1] استکبار اور اپنے کو بڑا سمجھنا، اس کی بنیادی وجہ بھی وہی عقیدہ آخرت سے انکار اور اسباب دنیا کی فروانی ہی تھی، جس کا ذکر پچھلی قوموں کے واقعات میں گزرا۔
