Al-Anfaal
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. فَكُلُوا۟ مِمَّا غَنِمْتُمْ حَلَـٰلًا طَيِّبًا ۚ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ 69
{69} "Basi kuleni katika mlivyoteka, ni halali na vizuri" na huu ni katika upole wake Yeye Mtukufu kwa umma huu kwamba aliwahalalishia nyara na wala haikuhalalishwa kwa umma wowote kabla yake. "Na mcheni Mwenyezi Mungu" katika mambo yenu yote, na shikamaneni nao ili kushukuru neema za Mwenyezi Mungu juu yenu. "Hakika Mwenyezi Mungu ni Mwenye kusitiri dhambi;" anamsitri dhambi mwenye kutubia kwake dhambi zote, na anamsitiri dhambi yule ambaye hakumshirikisha na chochote. "Mwenye kurehemu," juu yenu kwa kuwa aliwaruhusu kutumia nyara, na akaifanya kuwa halali na nzuri.
