Al-Anbiyaa
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. وَتَٱللَّهِ لَأَكِيدَنَّ أَصْنَـٰمَكُم بَعْدَ أَن تُوَلُّوا۟ مُدْبِرِينَ 57
57. Na alipobainisha kuwa masanamu yao hayamiliki kitu. Alitaka kuwaonyesha kutoweza kwake na kukosa ushindi, na alikuwa akipanga njama ya kukiri hilo. Ndiyo maana akasema, "Na kwa jina la Mwenyezi Mungu! Nitayafanyia vitimbi masanamu yenu;" yaani, nitayavunja kwa njia ya vitimbi, "baada ya mkishageuka kwenda zenu" kwenye sikukuu moja kati ya sikukuu zao.
