Al-Baqara
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. وَإِذْ قَتَلْتُمْ نَفْسًا فَٱدَّٰرَْٰٔتُمْ فِيهَا ۖ وَٱللَّهُ مُخْرِجٌ مَّا كُنتُمْ تَكْتُمُونَ 72 فَقُلْنَا ٱضْرِبُوهُ بِبَعْضِهَا ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يُحْىِ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ وَيُرِيكُمْ ءَايَـٰتِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ 73
(72-73) Walipomchinja tuliwaambia: Mpigeni huyo aliyeuawa kwa kipande chake, ima kwa kiungo maalumu au kiungo chake chochote, lakini hakuna faida yoyote katika kukiainisha. Basi wakampiga kwa kipande chake, na Mwenyezi Mungu akamfufua, na akatoa yale waliyokuwa wakiyaficha. Basi akatoa habari kuhusu yule aliyemuua. Na katika kufufuliwa kwake - hali ya kuwa wanatazama -, kulikuwa na dalili ya kwamba Mwenyezi Mungu hufufua wafu, ili mpate kufahamu; hivyo mtakatazika kutokana na yenye kuwadhuru.
