Al-Jinn
This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

وَأَنَّا ظَنَنَّآ أَن لَّن نُّعْجِزَ ٱللَّهَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَن نُّعْجِزَهُۥ هَرَبًا 12
اور یہ کہ ہم نے سمجھ لیا تھا کہ ہرگز نہیں عاجز کر سکیں گے ہم اللہ کو زمین میں، اور ہرگز نہیں عاجز کر سکیں گے ہم اس کو بھاگ کر (12)
[12] یعنی اس وقت ہم پر پوری طرح واضح ہو گیا ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کامل قدرت کا مالک اور ہم کامل طور پر بے بس ہیں، ہماری پیشانیاں اللہ تعالیٰ کے ہاتھ میں ہیں، ہم زمین میں اللہ تعالیٰ کو عاجز نہیں کر سکتے۔ اگر ہم فرار ہوں تو فرار ہو کر اللہ تعالیٰ کو بے بس نہیں کر سکتے، ہم نے فرار کے اسباب کے ذریعے سے اس کے دست قدرت سے باہر نکلنے کی کوشش کی تو معلوم ہوا کہ اس سے بھاگ کر اس کے سوا کہیں ٹھکانا اور پناہ گاہ نہیں۔
