Al-Anbiyaa
This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَـٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ 95
اور لازم ہے اوپر اس بستی (والوں ) کے کہ ہلاک کیا ہم نے اسے،بے شک وہ نہیں واپس لوٹیں گے (95)
[95] یعنی ان بستیوں کا، جنھیں عذاب کے ذریعے سے ہلاک کر ڈالا گیا، اپنی کوتاہیوں کی تلافی کی خاطر اس دنیا میں واپس لوٹنا ممکن نہیں ، پس ان کے لیے واپس لوٹنے کا کوئی راستہ نہیں جنھیں عذاب کے ذریعے سے ہلاک کر ڈالا گیا۔ اس لیے مخاطبین کو ان اعمال پر جمے رہنے سے ڈرنا چاہیے جو ہلاکت کا باعث بنتے ہیں … مباداکہ یہ اعمال انھیں ہلاکت میں ڈال دیں اور اس وقت اس ہلاکت سے بچنا ممکن نہ ہو گا، اس لیے تلافی اور استدراک کے وقت اس قسم کے کاموں سے باز آ جانا چاہیے۔
