This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

وَإِلَـٰهُكُمْ إِلَـٰهٌ وَٰحِدٌ ۖ لَّآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ 163
اکیلا حکمران ٭٭
یعنی حکمرانی میں وہ اکیلا ہے اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں نہ اس جیسا کوئی ہے وہ واحد اور احد ہے وہ فرد اور صمد ہے اس کے سوا عبادت کے لائق کوئی نہیں، وہ رحمٰن اور رحیم ہے، سورۃ فاتحہ کے شروع میں ان دونوں ناموں کی پوری تفسیر گزر چکی ہے، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فرماتے ہیں، اسم اعظم ان دو آیتوں میں ہے، ایک یہ آیت «وَإِلَٰهُكُمْ إِلَٰهٌ وَاحِدٌ لَّا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الرَّحْمَٰنُ الرَّحِيمُ» [ البقرہ: 163] دوسری آیت «الم اللَّـهُ لَا إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ» [ 3-آل عمران: 1، 2 ] [سنن ابوداود:1496، قال الشيخ الألباني:صحیح] اس کے بعد اس توحید کی دلیل بیان ہو رہی ہے اسے بھی توجہ سے سنئیے فرماتے ہیں۔
