Al-Jumu'a
This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

يُسَبِّحُ لِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ٱلْمَلِكِ ٱلْقُدُّوسِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ 1
1- Göklerde ve yerde ne varsa hepsi Melik, Kuddûs, Azîz ve Hakîm olan Allah’ı tesbih eder.

Rahmân ve Rahîm Allah’ın adı ile.
1. Yani göklerde ve yerde bulunan her şey, Allah’ı tesbih etmekte, emrine boyun eğmekte, O’nu ilâh tanıyarak O’na ibadet etmektedir. Çünkü O, ulvi ve süfli âlemlerin mutlak sahibi ve egemeni olan, mülkü kemâl derecesinde olan Meliktir. Hepsi O’nun mülküdürler. O’nun iradesi ve tasarrufu altındadırlar. O, “Kuddûs” Ta’zim olunan, her türlü afet ve eksiklikten münezzeh olandır; “Azîz” her şeye boyun eğdirendir; “Hakîm” yaratması ve emirleri sonsuz hikmetler ihtiva edendir. İşte bütün bu yüce sıfatlar hiçbir şeyi ortak koşmaksızın yalnızca Yüce Allah’a ibadet etmeye çağırmaktadır.
