Al-Hajj
This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَنزَلْنَـٰهُ ءَايَـٰتٍۭ بَيِّنَـٰتٍ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَهْدِى مَن يُرِيدُ 16
16- İşte biz, o (Kur'ân’ı) böylece apaçık âyetler halinde indirdik. Şüphesiz ki Allah, dilediğini doğru yola iletir.
16. Yani işte böylelikle biz, Kur’an-ı Kerim’i geniş geniş açıklamış bulunuyoruz. Onu “apaçık âyetler” yani faydalı bütün maksat ve meselelere delil olan belgeler halinde indirdik. Ama hidâyet, Allah’ın elindedir. Allah’ın hidâyet bulmasını dilediği kimseler, bu Kur’an-ı Kerim ile hidayet bulur, onu kendisine rehber ve uyulacak önder edinir, onun nuru ile aydınlanır. Allah’ın hidâyet bulmasını dilemediği kimselere ise her türlü âyet gelecek olsa dahi onlar iman etmezler. Kur’an-ı Kerim’in de ona hiçbir faydası olmaz. Aksine Kur’an-ı Kerim, onun aleyhine bir delil olur.
