An-Nahl
This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

هُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءً ۖ لَّكُم مِّنْهُ شَرَابٌ وَمِنْهُ شَجَرٌ فِيهِ تُسِيمُونَ 10 يُنۢبِتُ لَكُم بِهِ ٱلزَّرْعَ وَٱلزَّيْتُونَ وَٱلنَّخِيلَ وَٱلْأَعْنَـٰبَ وَمِن كُلِّ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ ۗ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ 11
10- O, sizin için gökten su indirmiştir ki içecek suyunuz ondan olduğu gibi hayvanlarınızı yaymakta olduğunuz bitkiler de ondandır. 11- O suyla sizin için ekinler, zeytinlikler, hurmalıklar, üzümler ve meyvelerin her türlüsünden bitirir. Şüphesiz bunlarda düşünen bir topluluk için ibret vardır.
10-11. Bu, Allah’ın kudretinin kemalini göstermektedir. Zira O, şu ince ve lâtif buluttan suyu indirmiş, rahmeti gereği onda bol miktarda su var etmiştir. İnsanlar, bu sudan hem kendileri içerler, hem hayvanlarını suvarırlar, hem de ekinlerini sularlar. Bunun sonucunda da pek çok mahsüller ve pek bol nimetler yetişir.
