QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

أَلَمْ يَعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّهُۥ مَن يُحَادِدِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ فَأَنَّ لَهُۥ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَـٰلِدًا فِيهَا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْخِزْىُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ 63 يَحْذَرُ ٱلْمُنَـٰفِقُونَ أَن تُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُورَةٌ تُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا فِى قُلُوبِهِمْ ۚ قُلِ ٱسْتَهْزِءُوٓا۟ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُخْرِجٌ مَّا تَحْذَرُونَ 64
وقوله: أَلَمْ يَعْلَمُوا أَنَّهُ مَنْ يُحادِدِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ ... الآية: يُحادِدِ: معناه:
يخالفُ ويشاقُّ.
وقوله سبحانه: يَحْذَرُ الْمُنافِقُونَ أَنْ تُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُورَةٌ تُنَبِّئُهُمْ بِما فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ:
يَحْذَرُ: خبرٌ عن حال قلوبهم.
وقال الزَّجَّاج [[ينظر «معاني القرآن» (2/ 459) .]] وغيره: «يحذر» : الأمْرُ، وإِن كان لفظه لفْظَ الخبر كأنه قال:
«ليحذر» .
وقوله سبحانه: قُلِ اسْتَهْزِؤُا: لفظه لفظُ الأمر، / ومعناه التهديدُ، ثم أخبر سبحانه أنَّه مخرجٌ لهم ما يحذَرُونه إِلى حِينِ الوجودُ، وقد فعل ذلك تَبَارَكَ وتعالى في «سورة بَرَاءَةَ» ، فهي تُسمَّى «الفَاضِحَةَ» لأنها فضحت المنافقين.
