جامع البيان في تأويل آي القرآنThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

أَلَمْ نُهْلِكِ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ 16 ثُمَّ نُتْبِعُهُمُ ٱلْـَٔاخِرِينَ 17 كَذَٰلِكَ نَفْعَلُ بِٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ 18 وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ 19
القول في تأويل قوله تعالى: ﴿أَلَمْ نُهْلِكِ الأوَّلِينَ (١٦) ثُمَّ نُتْبِعُهُمُ الآخِرِينَ (١٧) كَذَلِكَ نَفْعَلُ بِالْمُجْرِمِينَ (١٨) وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبِينَ (١٩) ﴾

يقول تعالى ذكره: ألم نهلك الأمم الماضين الذين كذّبوا رسلي، وجحدوا آياتي من قوم نوح وعاد وثمود، ثم نتبعهم الآخرين بعدهم، ممن سلك سبيلهم في الكفر بي وبرسولي، كقوم إبراهيم وقوم لوط، وأصحاب مدين، فنهلكهم كما أهلكنا الأوّلين قبلهم، ﴿كَذَلِكَ نَفْعَلُ بِالْمُجْرِمِينَ﴾ يقول كما أهلكنا هؤلاء بكفرهم بي، وتكذيبهم برسلي، كذلك سنتي في أمثالهم من الأمم الكافرة، فنهلك المجرمين بإجرامهم إذا طغوا وبغوا ﴿وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبِينَ﴾ بأخبار الله التي ذكرناها في هذه الآية، الجاحدين قُدرته على ما يشاء.
