جامع البيان في تأويل آي القرآنThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمْ ءَايَـٰتِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ 242
القول في تأويل قوله: ﴿كَذَلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ آيَاتِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ (٢٤٢) ﴾
قال أبو جعفر: يقول تعالى ذكره، كما بينت لكم ما يلزمكم لأزواجكم ويلزم أزواجكم لكم، أيها المؤمنون، وعرفتكم أحكامي والحق الواجب لبعضكم على بعض في هذه الآيات، فكذلك أبين لكم سائر الأحكام في آياتي التي أنزلتها على نبيي محمد ﷺ في هذا الكتاب، لتعقلوا- أيها المؤمنون بي وبرسولي- حدودي، فتفهموا اللازم لكم من فرائضي، وتعرفوا بذلك ما فيه صلاح دينكم ودنياكم، وعاجلكم وآجلكم، فتعلموا به ليصلح ذات بينكم، وتنالوا به الجزيل من ثوابي في معادكم.
