جامع البيان في تأويل آي القرآنThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

رَبَّنَا ٱغْفِرْ لِى وَلِوَٰلِدَىَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ ٱلْحِسَابُ 41
القول في تأويل قوله تعالى: ﴿رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ (٤١) ﴾
وهذا دعاء من إبراهيم صلوات الله عليه لوالديه بالمغفرة، واستغفار منه لهما. وقد أخبر الله عز ذكره أنه لم يكن ﴿اسْتِغْفَارُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ لأَبِيهِ إِلا عَنْ مَوْعِدَةٍ وَعَدَهَا إِيَّاهُ فَلَمَّا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُ أَنَّهُ عَدُوٌّ لِلَّهِ تَبَرَّأَ مِنْهُ إِنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ لأَوَّاهٌ حَلِيمٌ﴾ .
وقد بيَّنا وقت تبرّئه منه فيما مضى، بما أغنى عن إعادته.

وقوله ﴿وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ﴾
يقول: وللمؤمنين بك ممن تبعني على الدين الذي أنا عليه، فأطاعك في أمرك ونهيك.

وقوله ﴿يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ﴾
يعني: يقوم الناس للحساب، فاكتفى بذكر الحساب من ذكر الناس، إذ كان مفهوما معناه.
