At-Takwir
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. ذِى قُوَّةٍ عِندَ ذِى ٱلْعَرْشِ مَكِينٍ 20
{20} "Mwenye nguvu" kwa yale aliyomuamrisha Mwenyezi Mungu. Na katika nguvu zake ni kwamba alizipindua juu chini nyumba za watu wa Luti na akawaangamiza. "Kwa huyo Mwenye Kiti cha Enzi." Yaani, Jibril yuko karibu na Mwenyezi Mungu, ana hadhi ya juu na sifa maalumu ambazo Mwenyezi Mungu alimpa yeye tu. "Mwenye cheo" cha juu zaidi ya malaika wote.
