Al-Ma'aarij
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ خُلِقَ هَلُوعًا 19 إِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلشَّرُّ جَزُوعًا 20 وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلْخَيْرُ مَنُوعًا 21
{19 - 21} Haya ni maelezo ya mwanadamu jinsi alivyo; ameielezea hali yake [ya asili] kuwa ni mwenye papara, na akaeleza papara hiyo kwa kusema: "Inapomgusa shari hupapatika." Huingiwa na papara iwapo utampata umasikini au maradhi, au kutoweka kwa mpendwa kama vile mali zake, familia, au mtoto, na wala hafanyi subira na kutosheka kwa yale aliyoyaandikia Mwenyezi Mungu katika hayo. "Na inapomgusa kheri huizuilia." Hatoi katika alichompa Mwenyezi Mungu, wala hamshukuru Mwenyezi Mungu kwa neema na wema wake. Yeye hufanya papara wakati wa shida na hunyimana katika nyakati nzuri.
