Al-Munaafiqoon

سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ أَسْتَغْفَرْتَ لَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تَسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ لَن يَغْفِرَ ٱللَّهُ لَهُمْ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلْفَـٰسِقِينَ 6
{6} Haya ni katika upole wa Mwenyezi Mungu na ukarimu wake kwa Mtume wake; kwa kuwa hawakumjia na akawaombea msamaha. Kwani ni "sawa" ikiwa anawaombea msamaha au la, kwa sababu "Mwenyezi Mungu hatawaghufiria." Hilo ni kwa sababu wao ni watu wavukao mipaka, walio mbali na utiifu kwa Mwenyezi Mungu, ambao wanaupendelea ukafiri kuliko imani. Kwa hivyo, kuwaombea msamaha kwa Mtume hakutakuwa na manufaa yoyote kwao ikiwa atawaombea msamaha. Kama alivyosema Mwenyezi Mungu Mtukufu: "Waombee msamaha au usiwaombee. Hata ukiwaombea msamaha mara sabini, Mwenyezi Mungu hatawasamehe" kisha akasema: "Hakika Mwenyezi Mungu hawaongoi watu wavukao mipaka."
