Al-Jumu'a
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. ذَٰلِكَ فَضْلُ ٱللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلْفَضْلِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ 4
{4} Haya ni katika nguvu zake na hekima yake. Kwa kuwa hakuwaacha waja wake wakiwa wamepuuzwa au bure tu. Bali aliwatuma Mitume miongoni mwao na akawaamrisha na akawakataza, na hayo ni katika [fadhila kubwa za Mwenyezi Mungu] anazompa amtakaye katika waja wake, nazo ni bora kuliko fadhila zake juu yao kwa afya ya kimwili, riziki kunjufu, na neema nyinginezo za kidunia. Kwa hivyo, hakuna kitu bora kuliko neema ya dini, ambayo ndiyo kiini cha kufaulu na furaha ya milele.
