وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ مُّحِيطًا 126
{126} Aya hii tukufu ndani yake kuna maelezo ya Mwenyezi Mungu Mtukufu kukizunguka kila kitu, kwa hivyo akajulisha kwamba ni vyake “vilivyo katika mbingu na vilivyo katika dunia.” Yani vyote ni miliki yake na waja wake. Basi wao ni wamilikiwa, naye ndiye mmiliki, ambaye Yeye Pekee yake ndiye anayewaendesha. Elimu yake imezunguka habari zote, na kuona kwake kumezunguka kila kinachoonekana, na kusikia kwake kumezunguka kila kinachosikika. Na mapenzi yake na uwezo wake vinatekelezeka katika kila kilichopo, na rehema yake imeenea wakazi wa ardhi na mbingu. Na alishinda kwa nguvu yake, na ushindi wake kila kiumbe, na kila kitu kinamnyenyekea Yeye.
