As-Saaffaat
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. فَبَشَّرْنَـٰهُ بِغُلَـٰمٍ حَلِيمٍ 101
{101} Mwenyezi Mungu akamuitikia na akasema: "Basi tukambashiria mwana aliye mpole," ambaye ni Ismail, amani iwe juu yake, bila ya shaka yoyote. Kwa sababu alitaja baada yake bishara nyingine ya Is-haq, na kwa sababu Mwenyezi Mungu Mtukufu alisema katika bishara yake juu ya Is-haq: "Basi tukambashiria (kuzaliwa) Is-haq, na baada ya Is-haq Yaaqub." Haya yakaashiria kwamba Is-haq si yule ambaye Ibrahim alitaka kumchinja. Na Mwenyezi Mungu alimuelezea Ismail, amani iwe juu yake, kwamba ni mpole, na hilo linajumuisha subira, maadili mema, ukunjufu wa kifua na kumsamahe anayemkosea.
