Al-Ahzaab
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. يُصْلِحْ لَكُمْ أَعْمَـٰلَكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ ۗ وَمَن يُطِعِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ فَقَدْ فَازَ فَوْزًا عَظِيمًا 71
{71} Kisha akataja yanayotokaa na kumcha Mungu na kusema maneno yaliyo sawa, akasema, "Atawatengenezea vitendo vyenu." Yaani, hiyo itakuwa sababu ya kuyafanya yatengenee na njia ya kuyafanya yakubaliwe. Kwa sababu kwa kutumia uchamungu, matendo yanakubaliwa, kama alivyosema Mwenyezi Mungu Mtukufu, "Mwenyezi Mungu huwapokelea wachamngu tu." Na kwa sababu yake anamuwezesha mwandamu kutenda mema. Na pia Mwenyezi Mungu hufanya matendo kutengenea kwa kuyalinda kutokana na yale yanayoyaharibia, na kuhifadhi malipo yake na kuyazidisha. Kadhalika, kuuvunja uchamungu na maneno yaliyo sawa ni sababu ya kuharibika kwa vitendo, na kutokubalika kwake, na kutofungamana na athari zake. "Na awasamehe madhambi yenu" ambayo ndiyo sababu ya kuangamia kwenu. Kwani, kwa uchamungu mambo yananyooka, na yanazuilika kwa huo yote yanayotahadhariwa. Na ndiyo maana akasema, "Na anayemtii Mwenyezi Mungu na Mtume wake, bila ya shaka amefuzu kufuzu kukubwa."
