Aal-i-Imraan
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. ٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَآ إِنَّنَآ ءَامَنَّا فَٱغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ 16
{16} Yani hawa waliokita katika elimu, wenye elimu na Imani, wanatafuta njia ya kumwendea Mola wao Mlezi kwa imani yao ili awasamehe dhambi zao, na awakinge kutokana na adhabu ya Moto. Na hili ni katika njia ambazo Mwenyezi Mungu anapenda kwamba, mja atafute njia ya kumwendea Mola wake Mlezi kwa yale aliyomneemesha kwayo ya imani na matendo mema. Ili zitimie neema za Mwenyezi Mungu juu yake kwa kupata thawabu kamili na kuzuilika adhabu.
