Al-Ankaboot
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. أَمْ حَسِبَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَعْمَلُونَ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ أَن يَسْبِقُونَا ۚ سَآءَ مَا يَحْكُمُونَ 4
{4} Yaani, wale kufanya makosa na kufanya madhambi walidhani kwamba matendo yao yatapuuzwa na kwamba Mwenyezi Mungu atawapuuza au kuwakosa, kwa hivyo walifanya hivyo na kufanya iwe rahisi kwao kufanya hivyo? "Ni hukumu mbaya muno hiyo wanayohukumu" yaani, hukumu yao ni mbaya, kwani ni hukumu isiyo ya haki ambayo inajumuisha kukataa uwezo na hekima ya Mungu, na kwamba wana uwezo wa kujiepusha na adhabu ya Mungu, na wao ni kitu dhaifu na kisicho na nguvu.
