Al-Qasas
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. وَٱسْتَكْبَرَ هُوَ وَجُنُودُهُۥ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ ٱلْحَقِّ وَظَنُّوٓا۟ أَنَّهُمْ إِلَيْنَا لَا يُرْجَعُونَ 39
{39} Akasema Mwenyezi Mungu Mtukufu: "Na alipanda kiburi yeye na majeshi yake katika ardhi bila ya haki." Walijivuna juu ya waja wa Mwenyezi Mungu, na wakawapa adhabu mbaya zaidi, na wakajivuna juu ya Mitume wa Mwenyezi Mungu na yale waliyowaletea katika Aya, kwa hivyo waliwakanusha, na wakadai kwamba walivyo juu yao na bora kuliko wao,"na wakadhania kuwa hawatarudishwa kwetu" kwa hivyo, walithubutu, la sivyo, laiti wangelijua au wakadhani kuwa watarudishwa kwa Mwenyezi Mungu, hakuna hata mmoja wao.
