Ash-Shu'araa
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. فَعَقَرُوهَا فَأَصْبَحُوا۟ نَـٰدِمِينَ 157 فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱلْعَذَابُ ۗ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ 158 وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ 159
{157 - 159} Kwa hivyo akatoka, na akaendelea nao kwa njia hiyo, kwa hivyo hawakuamini, na wakaendelea na udhalimu wao, "kwa hivyo walimwadhibu, kwa hivyo wakawa wenye kujuta. Na adhabu ikawapata." Na ilikuwa ni kilio kilichowashukia, na kuwaangamiza wote. "Kuna ishara katika hili;" juu ya ukweli wa kile wajumbe wetu walikuja nacho na ubatili wa maneno ya wapinzani wao. "Na hawakuwa wengi wao wenye kuamini. Hakika Mola wako Mlezi ndiye Mwenye nguvu, Mwenye kurehemu.
