Al-Anbiyaa

وَلُوطًا ءَاتَيْنَـٰهُ حُكْمًا وَعِلْمًا وَنَجَّيْنَـٰهُ مِنَ ٱلْقَرْيَةِ ٱلَّتِى كَانَت تَّعْمَلُ ٱلْخَبَـٰٓئِثَ ۗ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ قَوْمَ سَوْءٍ فَـٰسِقِينَ 74
74. Hizo ni sifa njema zitokazo kwa Mwenyezi Mungu kwa Mtume wake, Lut, amani ziwe juu yake, kwa elimu yake ya Sheria na kutawala baina ya watu kwa njia ya haki na iliyo sawa. Na kwamba Mwenyezi Mungu alimtuma kwa watu wake akiwalingania kwenye ibada ya Mwenyezi Mungu na kuwakataza maovu waliyokuwa wakiyafanya, akabaki akiwalingania, lakini hawakumuitikia, basi Mwenyezi Mungu akayageuza makazi yao dhidi yao na kuwaadhibu kwa adhabu. Wa mwisho wao; kwa sababu "Hakika hao walikuwa watu wabaya, wachafu," wakamkadhibisha mwitaji na wakamtishia kumfukuza, na Mwenyezi Mungu akamuokoa Lut'i na ahali zake. Basi akamuamuru aende nao usiku ili atoke nje ya mji. Kwa hivyo walitoka na basi wakaokolewa kwa neema za Mwenyezi Mungu juu yao.
