An-Nahl
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. فَكُلُوا۟ مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ ٱللَّهُ حَلَـٰلًا طَيِّبًا وَٱشْكُرُوا۟ نِعْمَتَ ٱللَّهِ إِن كُنتُمْ إِيَّاهُ تَعْبُدُونَ 114
{114} Yeye mtukufu anawaamuru waja wake kula vile alivyowaruzuku Mwenyezi Mungu miongoni mwa wanyama, nafaka, matunda, na vinginevyo "vilivyo halali na vizuri." Yaani, visiwe miongoni mwa vilivyoharamishwa na Mwenyezi Mungu au vya kunyang'anya na mfano wake. Basi vifurahieni vile alivyowaumbia Mwenyezi Mungu bila ya kupitiliza viwango wala kuvuka mipaka. "Na shukuruni neema za Mwenyezi Mungu" kwa kuzikiri kwa moyo, na kumsifu Mwenyezi Mungu juu yale, na kuzitumia katika kumtii Mwenyezi Mungu "ikiwa kweli mnamuabudu Yeye tu." Yaani, ikiwa mnamfanyia Yeye peke yake ibada, basi msishukuru isipokuwa Yeye tu, wala msisahau neema zake juu yenu.
