Al-Hijr
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. نَبِّئْ عِبَادِىٓ أَنِّىٓ أَنَا ٱلْغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ 49
{49} Na alipotaja mambo yenye kusababisha kutamani na kuhofu ya matendo ya Mwenyezi Mungu ya Pepo na Moto, akataja yenye kusababisha hayo miongoni mwa sifa zake yeye Mtukufu, "Wape habari waja wangu" habari ya uhakika inayounga mkono ushahidi mbalimbali, "kwamba Mimi ndiye Mwenye kusamehe zaidi, Mwingi wa kurehemu." Kwa maana, wakijua ukamilifu wa rehema yake na msamaha Wake, watazifanyia bidii sababu za kuwafikisha katika rehema Yake, na wataacha dhambi na kutubu kutokana nazo ili wapate msamaha Wake.
