Ar-Ra'd
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. مَّثَلُ ٱلْجَنَّةِ ٱلَّتِى وُعِدَ ٱلْمُتَّقُونَ ۖ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ ۖ أُكُلُهَا دَآئِمٌ وَظِلُّهَا ۚ تِلْكَ عُقْبَى ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَوا۟ ۖ وَّعُقْبَى ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ ٱلنَّارُ 35
{35} Mwenyezi Mungu Mtukufu anasema: "Mfano wa Bustani waliyoahidiwa wachamungu" wale walioacha yale aliyowakataza Mwenyezi Mungu, na wala hawapunguza katika yale aliyowaamrisha kuyafanya. Yaani, maelezo yake na uhalisia wake, ni kwamba "kwa chini yake inapita mito" mito ya asali, mito ya mvinyo, mito ya maziwa, na mito ya maji yapitayo si ndani ya sehemu iliyodidimia kwa kina ndani ya ardhi, nayo yananywesha bustani hizo na miti hiyo, na inazaa kila aina ya matunda. "Chakula chake ni cha daima na pia kivuli chake. Huu ndio mwisho wa wale waliomcha Mungu. Na mwisho wa makafiri ni Moto," basi ni tofauti ngapi zilizo wazi baina ya makundi haya mawili?
