قَالَ يَـٰقَوْمِ أَرَهْطِىٓ أَعَزُّ عَلَيْكُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَٱتَّخَذْتُمُوهُ وَرَآءَكُمْ ظِهْرِيًّا ۖ إِنَّ رَبِّى بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ مُحِيطٌ 92
{92} "Akasema" akiwafanyia huruma, "Enyi kaumu yangu! Kwani jamaa zangu ni watukufu zaidi kwenu kuliko Mwenyezi Mungu." Yaani, vipi mnaniheshimu kwa sababu ya kundi langu na wala hamniheshimu kwa sababu ya Mwenyezi Mungu, kwa hivyo likawa kundi langu ni tukufu zaidi kwenu kuliko Mwenyezi Mungu? "Na Yeye mmemueka nyuma ya migongo yenu!" Yaani, mliitupa amri ya Mwenyezi Mungu nyuma ya migongo yenu, wala hamkuijali wala hamkumhofu. "Hakika Mola wangu Mlezi ni Mwenye kuyazunguka yote mnayoyatenda." Haifichiki kwake katika matendo yenu hata uzito wa chembe katika ardhi wala mbinguni, basi atawalipa kwa yale mliyoyatenda ujira kamili zaidi.
