Al-Balad
This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

لَآ أُقْسِمُ بِهَـٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ 1 وَأَنتَ حِلٌّۢ بِهَـٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ 2 وَوَالِدٍ وَمَا وَلَدَ 3
Betohem në këtë qytet, dhe ti gjendesh në këtë qytet. Betohem në prindin dhe në ata që lindën prej tij. - Allahu i Lartësuar betohet në qytetin e sigurisë, në Mekën e nderuar, që është absolutisht vendi më i shenjtë dhe më i nderuar në botë. Rëndësia dhe shenjtëria e saj ishte më e madhe sidomos në kohën kur Profeti i zgjedhur i Zotit, Muhamedi (a.s.) ishte në të. Për këtë arsye, Allahu i Madhëruar betohet në Mekën kur në të ishte Profeti (a.s.). Ai betohet gjithashtu edhe në Ademin (a.s.) dhe pasardhësit e tij. Por për çfarë betohet i Lartësuari? Arsyeja e betimit vjen më poshtë, kur Allahu i Madhëruar thotë:
