This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

لِلَّهِ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا فِيهِنَّ ۚ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌۢ 120
Vetëm Allahut i takon sundimi i qiejve dhe i tokës dhe gjithçka që është ndërmjet tyre. Ai është i Plotfuqishëm për gjithçka. -Allahut i takon mbretërimi dhe sundimi i qiejve dhe tokës, sepse Ai është Krijuesi i tyre. Ai kujdeset për mbarëvajtjen e tyre, nëpërmjet ligjeve të Tij të krijimit dhe funksionimit të gjërave. Është Ai që vendos rregullat dhe ligjet që dëshiron për ne. Është Ai, gjithashtu, i vetmi të Cilit i takon të llogarisë dhe shpërblejë krijesat me drejtësi. Ai është i Plotpushtetshëm për gjithçka. Asgjë nuk del jashtë pushtetit dhe vullnetit të Allahut. Gjithçka i nënshtrohet dëshirës dhe ligjeve të Tij.
