This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

قَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسْتَكْبَرُوا۟ لِلَّذِينَ ٱسْتُضْعِفُوٓا۟ أَنَحْنُ صَدَدْنَـٰكُمْ عَنِ ٱلْهُدَىٰ بَعْدَ إِذْ جَآءَكُم ۖ بَلْ كُنتُم مُّجْرِمِينَ 32
Dhe kryeneçët do t'u thonë atyre që patën qenë të dobët(e të përbuzur): “Pse, ne ju penguam nga udhëzimi i drejtë pasi ju pati ardhur?” -Ata u tregojnë dhe sqarojnë pasuesve se të gjithë ishin pjesmarrës në krim: Mos, vallë, ju detyruam me forcë, që ju të mos pasoni udhëzimin, pasi ai ju paraqit i qartë? Jo, në asnjë mënyrë:“Jo, por ju ishit keqbërës(dhe rrefuzuat të besoni).” -Ishit ju vetë, që zgjodhët të lirë, që të refuzoni besimin. Askush nuk ju detyroi me forcë për ta bërë diçka të tillë. Edhe pse ne jua zbukuruam rrugën tonë, ne nuk kishim fuqi mbi ju.
