This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

وَإِذْ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوْمِهِۦ يَـٰقَوْمِ إِنَّكُمْ ظَلَمْتُمْ أَنفُسَكُم بِٱتِّخَاذِكُمُ ٱلْعِجْلَ فَتُوبُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ بَارِئِكُمْ فَٱقْتُلُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَكُمْ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ عِندَ بَارِئِكُمْ فَتَابَ عَلَيْكُمْ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلتَّوَّابُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ 54
Dhe kujtoni kur Musai i tha popullit të vet: “O populli im! Ju u treguat të padrejtë ndaj vetvetes me adhurimin e viçit(në vend të Zotit). Pendohuni para Krijuesit tuaj … -Mënyra e pendimit të tyre do të ishte duke vrarë njëri-tjetrin.…dhe vritni keqbërësit. Për Krijuesin tuaj, kjo është më e mira (zgjidhje)për ju. Ai jua pranoi pendimin tuaj. Është Ai, Pranuesi i pendimit, Mëshirëploti. -Pasi të bënin këtë, Allahu i Lartësuar do t’ua falte atyre gabimin e adhurimit të viçit. Duke deklaruar faljen e tyre dhe qëllimin e saj, i Lavdëruari thotë:I urdhëroi që ata që adhuruan viçin të egzekutoheshin nga ata që nuk e adhuruan atë.
