Al-Hijr
This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

قَالَ يَـٰٓإِبْلِيسُ مَا لَكَ أَلَّا تَكُونَ مَعَ ٱلسَّـٰجِدِينَ 32 قَالَ لَمْ أَكُن لِّأَسْجُدَ لِبَشَرٍ خَلَقْتَهُۥ مِن صَلْصَـٰلٍ مِّنْ حَمَإٍ مَّسْنُونٍ 33
Ai(Allahu)i tha: “O Iblis! Cila është arsyeja që ti nuk je me ata që bënë sexhde?” Ai(iblisi) u përgjigj: “Nuk më takon mua t’i bëj sexhde një njeriu, që e krijove nga balta e ndenjur për një kohë të gjatë.”. -Iblisi tregoi mendjemadhësi e rebelim ndaj urdhrit të Zotit dhe armiqësi kundër Ademit dhe pasardhësve të tij. Ai tregoi vetëpëlqim për llojin e tij, duke pretenduar se ishte më i mirë se Ademi. Por Allahu i Madhëruar, duke e ndëshkuar për refuzimin e tij, tha:
