This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

قَالَ لَنْ أُرْسِلَهُۥ مَعَكُمْ حَتَّىٰ تُؤْتُونِ مَوْثِقًا مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ لَتَأْتُنَّنِى بِهِۦٓ إِلَّآ أَن يُحَاطَ بِكُمْ ۖ فَلَمَّآ ءَاتَوْهُ مَوْثِقَهُمْ قَالَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ مَا نَقُولُ وَكِيلٌ 66
Ai(Jakubi)tha: “Nuk kam për ta dërguar atë me ju, derisa të më betoheni në Allahun, se do të ma ktheni pas, përveç nëse ju diktojnë rrethanat e vërtet nuk mundeni.” -Kuptimi: Betohuni në Allahun e Lartësuar se do të ma ktheni pas, përveç nëse ju diktojnë rrethanat e nuk mundeni, pra, vetëm nëse përballeni me diçka që nuk keni se çfarë t’i bëni.Kur ata u betuan me betime të forta, ai tha: “Allahu është Dëshmitar(dhe Ruajtës)për gjithçka që thamë.” -Pasi ata i dhanë fjalën për atë që ai u kërkoi, Jakubi tha: “Allahu është garantues për këtë që thamë”. Së bashku me Jakubin, edhe ata u betuan duke dëshmuar me bindje se Allahu i Lartësuar është mbikëqyrësi i asaj që thanë. Mjaftonte Ai si dëshmitari i tyre dhe mjaftonte që Ai t’i mbronte dhe t’i mbështeste gjatë udhëtimit.
