This is a tafsīr in a language other than Arabic as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL’s record does not say who wrote or translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no licence for the text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

وَيَصْنَعُ ٱلْفُلْكَ وَكُلَّمَا مَرَّ عَلَيْهِ مَلَأٌ مِّن قَوْمِهِۦ سَخِرُوا۟ مِنْهُ ۚ قَالَ إِن تَسْخَرُوا۟ مِنَّا فَإِنَّا نَسْخَرُ مِنكُمْ كَمَا تَسْخَرُونَ 38 فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ مَن يَأْتِيهِ عَذَابٌ يُخْزِيهِ وَيَحِلُّ عَلَيْهِ عَذَابٌ مُّقِيمٌ 39
Ai nisi të ndërtonte Anijen! Sa herë që kalonte pranë tij, paria e popullit të tij e përqeshte. -Kur kalonte pranë profetit Nuh dhe e shihnin çfarë po ndërtonte, populli tallej me të. Por ai u përgjigjej:Ai u thoshte: “Nëse ju talleni me ne, edhe ne do të tallemi me ju, ashtu siç po talleni ju. Por shpejt do ta mësoni se kë do të zërë dënimi poshtërues dhe mbi kë do të bjerë dënimi i përhershëm.” -Atëherë do ta marrim vesh se kush do të befasohet nga ndëshkimi: ne apo ju. Dhe, vërtet, ata e përjetuan me dhimbje e tmerr ndëshkimin, kur i përfshiu me ashpërsinë e tij.
