QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

قُلْ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ إِنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ لَكُمْ نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ 49 فَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ لَهُم مَّغْفِرَةٌ وَرِزْقٌ كَرِيمٌ 50 وَٱلَّذِينَ سَعَوْا۟ فِىٓ ءَايَـٰتِنَا مُعَـٰجِزِينَ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلْجَحِيمِ 51
قوله عز وجل: يا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّما أَنَا لَكُمْ نَذِيرٌ مُبِينٌ، يعني: رسول مبين أبلغكم بلغة تعرفونها. فَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحاتِ، يعني: الطاعات، لَهُمْ مَغْفِرَةٌ لذنوبهم، وَرِزْقٌ كَرِيمٌ حسن في الجنة. وَالَّذِينَ سَعَوْا فِي آياتِنا، يعني: عملوا في القرآن بالتكذيب مُعاجِزِينَ. قرأ ابن كثير وأبو عمرو: معجزين بغير ألف والتشديد في جميع القرآن، وقرأ الباقون بالألف والتخفيف. فمن قرأ: معجزين، أي: يعجزون من اتبع النبيّ ﷺ ويثبطونهم، ومن قرأ: مُعاجِزِينَ، أي ظانين أنهم يعجزوننا، لأنهم يظنون أنهم لا يبعثون.
وقيل: مُعاجِزِينَ أي معاندين، ومعناه: ليسوا بفائتين. أُولئِكَ أَصْحابُ الْجَحِيمِ، يعني:
النار.
