تيسير الكريم الرحمنThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

أَلَمْ نَخْلُقكُّم مِّن مَّآءٍ مَّهِينٍ 20 فَجَعَلْنَـٰهُ فِى قَرَارٍ مَّكِينٍ 21 إِلَىٰ قَدَرٍ مَّعْلُومٍ 22 فَقَدَرْنَا فَنِعْمَ ٱلْقَـٰدِرُونَ 23 وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ 24
{20 ـ 24} أي: أما خلقناكم أيُّها الآدميُّون {من ماءٍ مَهينٍ}؛ أي: في غاية الحقارة، خرج من بين الصُّلب والتَّرائب، حتى جعله الله {في قرارٍ مَكينٍ}: وهو الرحم به يستقرُّ وينمو، {إلى قدرٍ معلومٍ}: ووقتٍ مقدَّرٍ. {فقَدَرۡنا}؛ أي: قدَّرْنا ودَبَّرْنا ذلك الجنين في تلك الظُّلمات، ونقلناه من النُّطفة إلى العلقة إلى المضغة إلى أن جعله الله جسداً و نفخ فيه الروح، ومنهم من يموت قبل ذلك. {فنعم القادِرونَ}؛ يعني بذلك نفسه المقدَّسة؛ لأنَّ قَدَرَه تابعٌ لحكمته موافقٌ للحمد. {ويلٌ يومئذٍ للمكذِّبينَ}، [بعد ما بَيَّن اللهُ لهم الآياتِ وأراهم العبَر والبيِّناتِ].
