تيسير الكريم الرحمنThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

وَأَنَّهُۥ تَعَـٰلَىٰ جَدُّ رَبِّنَا مَا ٱتَّخَذَ صَـٰحِبَةً وَلَا وَلَدًا 3 وَأَنَّهُۥ كَانَ يَقُولُ سَفِيهُنَا عَلَى ٱللَّهِ شَطَطًا 4
{3}{وأنَّه تعالى جَدُّ رَبِّنا}؛ أي: تعالت عظمتُه وتقدَّسَتْ أسماؤُه، {ما اتَّخَذَ صاحبةً ولا ولداً}:
فعلموا من جَدِّ الله وعظمتِهِ ما دلَّهم على بطلان مَنْ يزعُمُ أنَّ له صاحبةً أو ولداً؛ لأنَّ له
العظمة والجلال في كلِّ صفة كمال، واتِّخاذُ الصاحبة والولد ينافي ذلك؛ لأنَّه يضادُّ كمال الغنى.
{4}{وأنَّه كان يقولُ سفيهُنا على الله شططاً}؛ أي: قولاً جائراً عن الصواب متعدياً للحدِّ، وما حمله على ذلك إلاَّ سفهُه
وضعفُ عقله، وإلاَّ؛ فلو كان رزيناً مطمئناً؛ لعرف كيف يقول.
