تيسير الكريم الرحمنThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

وَمَا نُرْسِلُ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ إِلَّا مُبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَ ۖ فَمَنْ ءَامَنَ وَأَصْلَحَ فَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ 48 وَٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا يَمَسُّهُمُ ٱلْعَذَابُ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَفْسُقُونَ 49
{48} يذكر تعالى زبدةَ ما أرسل به المرسلين أنَّه البِشارة والنِّذارة، وذلك مستلزمٌ لبيان: المبشِّر والمبَشَّر به والأعمال التي إذا عملها العبدُ حصلت له البشارة، والمنْذِر والمنذَر والمنْذَر به والأعمال التي من عَمِلَها حقَّت عليه النِّذارة، ولكن الناس انقَسموا بحسب إجابتهم لدعوتهم وعدمها إلى قسمين:{فَمنۡ آمنَ وأصلحَ}؛ أي: آمن باللهِ وملائكته وكتبه ورسله واليوم الآخر، وأصلح إيمانه وأعماله ونيَّته، {فلا خوفٌ عليهم}: فيما يُستقبل، {ولا هم يحزنونَ}: على ما مضى.
{49}{والذين كذَّبوا بآياتِنا يَمَسُّهُم العذابُ}؛ أي: ينالُهم ويذوقونه، {بما كانوا يفسقون}.
