تيسير الكريم الرحمنThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

وَكَأَيِّن مِّن قَرْيَةٍ هِىَ أَشَدُّ قُوَّةً مِّن قَرْيَتِكَ ٱلَّتِىٓ أَخْرَجَتْكَ أَهْلَكْنَـٰهُمْ فَلَا نَاصِرَ لَهُمْ 13
{13} أي: وكم من قرية من قُرى المكذِّبين هي أشدُّ قوةً من قريتك في الأموال والأولاد والأعوان والأبنية والآلات، أهلكناهم حين كذَّبوا رُسُلنا، ولم تُفِدْ فيهم المواعظُ؛ فلم نجدْ لهم ناصراً، ولم تغنِ عنهم قوتُهم من عذاب الله شيئاً؛ فكيف حال هؤلاء الضعفاء أهل قريتك إذ أخرجوك عن وطنك، وكذَّبوك وعادَوْك، وأنت أفضل المرسلين وخير الأولين والآخرين؟! أليسوا بأحقَّ من غيرهم بالإهلاك والعقوبة، لولا أنَّ الله تعالى بعثَ رسوله بالرحمة والتأنِّي بكل كافرٍ وجاحدٍ.
