تيسير الكريم الرحمنThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

فَٱصْبِرْ إِنَّ وَعْدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقٌّ ۚ فَإِمَّا نُرِيَنَّكَ بَعْضَ ٱلَّذِى نَعِدُهُمْ أَوْ نَتَوَفَّيَنَّكَ فَإِلَيْنَا يُرْجَعُونَ 77
{77} أي: {فاصبِرۡ}: يا أيها الرسولُ على دعوة قومِك وما ينالُك منهم من أذىً، واستَعِنْ على صبرك بإيمانك. {إنَّ وعد الله حقٌّ}: سينصر دينَه ويُعلي كلمتَه وينصرُ رسلَه في الدُّنيا والآخرة، واستعِنْ على ذلك أيضاً بتوقُّع العقوبة بأعدائك في الدُّنيا والآخرة، ولهذا قال:{فإمَّا نُرِيَنَّكَ بعضَ الذي نَعِدُهم}: في الدُّنيا؛ فذاك، {أو نتوفَّيَنَّك}: قبل عقوبتهم، {فإلينا يُرجَعون}: فنجازيهم بأعمالهم؛ فلا تحسبنَّ اللهَ غافلاً عما يعملُ الظالمون.
ثم سلاَّه وصبَّره بذكر إخوانه المرسلين، فقال:
