تيسير الكريم الرحمنThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

أَفَمَن شَرَحَ ٱللَّهُ صَدْرَهُۥ لِلْإِسْلَـٰمِ فَهُوَ عَلَىٰ نُورٍ مِّن رَّبِّهِۦ ۚ فَوَيْلٌ لِّلْقَـٰسِيَةِ قُلُوبُهُم مِّن ذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ فِى ضَلَـٰلٍ مُّبِينٍ 22
{22} أي: أفيستوى مَنْ شَرَحَ الله صدرَه للإسلام، فاتَّسع لتلقِّي أحكام الله والعمل بها منشرحاً قرير العين على بصيرةٍ من أمره، وهو المرادُ بقولِهِ:{فهو على نورٍ من ربِّهِ}: كمن ليس كذلك؛ بدليل قوله:{فويلٌ للقاسيةِ قلوبُهُم مِنۡ ذكرِ الله}؛ أي: لا تلين لكتابه ولا تتذكَّر آياتِهِ ولا تطمئنُّ بذكرِهِ، بل هي معرِضَةٌ عن ربِّها، ملتفتةٌ إلى غيره؛ فهؤلاء لهم الويلُ الشديدُ والشرُّ الكبير. {أولئك في ضلال مبين}: وأيُّ ضلال أعظمُ من ضلال مَنْ أعْرَضَ عن وليِّه، ومَنْ كلُّ السعادة في الإقبال عليه، وقسا قلبُهُ عن ذكرِهِ، وأقبل على كلِّ ما يضرُّه؟!
