تيسير الكريم الرحمنThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

وَٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَرْسَلَ ٱلرِّيَـٰحَ فَتُثِيرُ سَحَابًا فَسُقْنَـٰهُ إِلَىٰ بَلَدٍ مَّيِّتٍ فَأَحْيَيْنَا بِهِ ٱلْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ ٱلنُّشُورُ 9
{9} يخبر تعالى عن كمال اقتدارِهِ وسَعَة جودِهِ وأنَّه {أرسلَ الرياحَ فتُثير سحاباً فسُقۡناه إلى بلدٍ مَيِّتٍ}: فأنزله الله عليها، {فأحۡيَيۡنا به الأرض بعدَ موتها}: فحييتِ البلادُ والعبادُ، وارتزقت الحيواناتُ، ورَتَعَتْ في تلك الخيرات، {كذلك}: الذي أحيا الأرض بعد موتها ينشر الأمواتَ من قبورهم بعدما مزَّقَهم البلاء، فيسوقُ إليهم مطراً كما ساقه إلى الأرض الميتة، فينزِلُه عليهم، فتحيا الأجساد والأرواح من القبور، فيأتون للقيام بين يدي الله، ليحكم بينهم ويَفْصِلَ بحكمِهِ العدل.
